I saw this tweet from Thich Nhat Hanh:
Take a walk outside. Walk slowly, paying attention to each step. Feel the weight load on one leg and unload on the other. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Is it smooth? Uneven? Let the ambient sounds float around you. Do not listen to them, but absorb them.
Continue your walk. Let any distractions float away. Focus only on each step and each breath.
Close with a prayer of gratitude, thanking the Lord for this brief moment of freedom.
